SPE Unconventional Gas Conference
Unconventional Becomes Conventional
This new
conference focuses on geology, engineering, and future trends in
relation to unconventional gas reservoirs. The single-track, 2.5-day
technical program composed of invited papers will emphasize
unconventional gas production from tight sands, shales, and coalbeds.
Case
histories will include recent field applications in plays such as the
Marcellus Shale, the Haynesville Shale, and other frontiers in North
America.
Attendees will gain a depth and breadth knowledge
about current and evolving technologies, and will learn from invited
keynote and expert speakers who will present on topics including
- Introduction and G&G
- State-of-the art technology used in reservoir engineering
- Well construction case studies
- Production engineering case studies
- Challenges and solutions for the way ahead
